A spacious holiday house of more than 500 square meters has been recently built on a plot covering 31,000 square meters. The estate was completed in 2010.
The finca is located in the middle of a nature reserve with large stocks of old trees and untouched nature. Due to the superior location on top of a hill you have a fantastic view over the landscape and towards the bay of Palma. The house is surrounded by wild olive trees, pine trees and evergreen oaks. The idyllic garden has been planted with the utmost taste.
An imposing entry gate is positioned at the entrance to the premises. A splendid driveway leads directly up to the house. On the right side of the road uphill is a Mallorcan dwell which supplies the property with fresh water from its own spring. On the left is the ruin of a historic lime oven.
