Building Information

Except for two rooms, all rooms of the 500-square-meter-villa have a view of the sea. Living space is distributed over two levels, divided into seven bedrooms, a large living and dining room of 83 square meters as well as kitchen with extra rooms. Ground floor

A generous entry hall leads to the living and dining room with 83 square meters and an open fireplace. Directly adjoining is a kitchen with dining space, an extra pantry and a laundry room. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a bathroom and another room in between which can be used both as a bedroom or an office.

Upper floor

An open staircase leads to the sleeping areas in the upper floor. Here is the generous master bedroom with a dressing room, a bathroom and an open terrace with a view across the bay of Pollença and the adjacent wine-growing estate. Three other bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and terrace with a view of the sea, can be reached through a hallway.

With its six to seven bedrooms, the villa offers room for 12 to 14 persons. Balconies and terraces invite you to stay and enjoy the view across the bay of Pollença and the directly adjoining wine-growing estate.
